Welcome to Luxortt Travel Services! We are delighted to be your chosen travel agency for your upcoming journey to Egypt. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience with us.

1. Payment Policy:

  • Reservations should be made as early as possible to guarantee availability.
  • Your booking will be secured upon receipt of full payment and after we have sent you a final confirmation with a voucher.
  • Payment can be made through bank wire transfer, online payment with PayPal, or sent via Western Union.
  • Payment must be received no later than 10 days prior to the confirmed tour date.
  • A voucher should be presented upon the commencement of the booked tour.

2. Amendments by the Client:

  • Any requests for amending or changing the dates of an existing booking must be addressed to us in writing at bookings@luxortt.com.
  • Changes are subject to availability.
  • If full payment has been received and a voucher has been issued, no fees will be charged for changes made more than 7 days ahead of the confirmed travel date.
  • Changes to tickets for air and train travel are subject to an administrative fee.

3. Amendments by the Company:

  • Luxortt Travel Services reserves the right to make changes to the final itinerary if the situation at hand requires it, such as weather conditions. These changes do not entitle clients to a refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation requests should be addressed to us in writing at bookings@luxortt.com.
  • Cancellation terms are as follows:
    • Cancellation up to 15 days prior to tour departure: 100% refund
    • Cancellation 14 to 7 days prior to tour departure: 50% refund
    • Cancellation 6 days or less prior to tour departure or no show: no refund
  • Please note that cancellation fees for domestic flights within Egypt at any time will be due accordingly to the airline’s cancellation policy.
  • Refunds will be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. Any bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the Client.

5. Special Requests:

  • Any special requests should be made at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment, even after confirmation.

6. Children Policy:

  • Infants (0-3 years): free of charge
  • Children (4-11): 50% of the adult price
  • From 12 years and up: normal adult price
  • If a tour includes air or train travel, an extra supplement for your infant and/or child may apply.

7. Gratuities:

  • Gratuities for tour guides, drivers, and cruise staff are recommended and highly appreciated. They are not obligatory but are a token of appreciation for good services.
  • Gratuities are at the discretion of the Client, and if in doubt, you can seek advice from our tour representative.

8. Client’s Responsibility:

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring passport, visa, and health requirements are met.
  • A valid passport must be carried at all times.
  • We are not liable for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with these requirements.
  • We assume no liability for personal injuries, accidents, illness, loss of or damage to luggage, delays, or other disruptions due to various causes listed in our terms and conditions.
  • It is strongly advised that the Client purchases travel insurance for added protection.
